• $9.00/page – pages from word processing, spreadsheet, and PDF files containing text only
• $14.00/page – pages from word processing, spreadsheet, and PDF files containing either tabular or a mixture of text and tabular data
• $18.00/page – pages in all other formats including paper
• $90.00/hour – revisions and updates to documents including the insertion of SEC redline tags
• $20.00/item – graphic manipulation

Filing of Documents

• $68.00 flat fee – Forms 3, 4
• $70.00 flat fee – Form 5 (1-10 transactions)
• $80.00 flat fee – Form 5 (10+ transactions)
